7th day in Sheraton Subang

today is my 1st day in bakery,
today i learn something new about bakery o,
the chef there treat me so good,
let us try many every things,
if we tired also let us rest...
he teach me how to do sandwiches bread and Crossiant...
that crossiant actuaaly i learn i nschool already, but the chef teach me in faster way to do it
1day learn 2 things new, Good...

the 6th day in pastry kitchen

Today is my 6th day in pastry kitchen,
actually follow time table suppose go to bakery but the chef say that department is too much trainee, so i go back to pastry kitchen...
In the kithcen, i learn how to do cheese cake for chinese wedding d o.
It was a huge cake....
haha~~~ i like it...
forget lo, today also my broher's birthday, so

last day training in week 1

Today is the tired day for whole week,
because tomorrow my training hotel got function to do,
so i got many thing to do...
I do about 600++ mango pudding for tomorrow's function.
Fortunally tomorrow is my day off...
If not i sure tired until die jor.....
hahaha~~~~

third day training,
Today very very very tired,
alway run to the freezer room at 6'c to take the cake, take about 30 cake and need stay inside to count it one by one, so i stay inside it about 15 minutes to take the cakes, Collllll ahhhh...
but i also feel so happy because today i got learn how to do cheese cake.
Ohhhh. forget to take picture lo... haha~~~
